We produce Babbitt alloys B16, B83, B88 and BK.
The Babbitt B16 alloy consists mainly of lead, with tin at approximately 15-17%, antimony around 15-17%, and copper about 1.5-2.0%.
The Babbitt B83 alloy is based on tin, with antimony content not exceeding 10-12%, and copper around 5.5-6.5%.
The Babbitt B88 alloy has a predominant tin content, with antimony concentration around 7.3-7.8% and copper approximately 2.5-3.5%.
The Babbitt BK alloy is based on lead, with calcium content around 0.85-1.15% and sodium about 0.6-0.9%.
Babbitt is produced in the form of ingots, bars and wire.

In the OVCH-000 grade, the tin content reaches 99.999%.
In the O1PCH grade, the impurity content does not exceed 0.085%.
In the O1 grade, the impurity content does not exceed 0.1%.
For the O2 grade, the maximum impurity content is no more than 0.435%.
The O3 grade contains up to 1% lead as an impurity.
For the O4 grade, the maximum impurity content is no more than 3.51%.
Tin is produced in the form of ingots.
